All things breakdown. Warranties on devices that are outsourced (pre-fabricated) follow the guidelines set by the manufacturer. There are no refunds on custom in-house fabricated orthoses/braces but we will make every attempt to modify or refabricate your device until we achieve a mutually desired outcome.
